We have been running this hotel since 1990, and over time we’ve come to realise that welcoming guests is a lot like opening a bottle of wine: it takes passion, attention to detail and the desire to share something truly authentic.
Over the past 35 years, we’ve seen Brescia and its surrounding area grow into one of Italy’s leading food and wine destinations: Franciacorta is now known worldwide, Lake Garda attracts visitors from across the globe, and local wineries continue to win international awards.
We’ve grown alongside this evolution. The wine cellar at our restaurant, Carne & Spirito, has expanded from just a few labels to over 700 selections. Relationships with producers have turned into true partnerships, and our guests increasingly look to us for local wine experiences or to celebrate special moments with an exceptional bottle. Our passion for wine has become the heart of who we are.
And so, in 2025, we chose to transform Hotel Noce into a wine hotel: to showcase our outstanding wine list, but also because wine culture is an essential part of our philosophy of hospitality.
